Lady Hoya soccer hosts Lee County Trojans in Semis

Hoya fans, we will host the Lee County Lady Trojans in the Final Four at Cobleigh Stadium tonight at 5:30pm with the winner advancing to Saturday’s State Championship game.  Come out and support our girls and coaches as they work to make the Finals. Tickets will be $7.00.

MDJ Hoya Scholar Athletes

Congratulations to our Marietta Daily Journal senior scholar athletes.  These student athletes have a GPA of at least a 3.5 and participated in more than one sport at Harrison.  This another example of the commitment made by many of our Hoya athletes in the classroom and on the playing arenas.

Hoyas say thanks to Dr. Diehl

Dr. Mark Diehl was recently recognized during one of our Hoya baseball games for his 25 years of service as the Harrison team doctor.  We were definitely lucky to have Dr. Diehl’s expertise in looking after our Hoya athletes for the last twenty five years. Thanks again to Dr. Diehl.

Lady Hoya soccer wins 7th straight Region Championship

Congratulations to the Lady Hoya soccer team on winning their 7th consecutive Region Championship after defeating Sequoyah HS 1-0 on Friday night.  This secures a #1 seed for the Lady Hoyas going into the State Playoffs in two weeks.  Congrats to our players and coaches.

Hoya tennis teams win Region Championships

Congratulations to our Lady Hoya and Hoya tennis teams on winning the Region Championships on Wednesday at Laurel Park.  Each of our tennis teams defeated Creekview High School in the finals to secure the #1 seed going in the next week’s state playoffs.  It was a great effort by all of our players and coaches.
